'Trapped in a Dreadful Dream': Families of Missing Teenagers Await Answers After Ski Resort Inferno

16-year-old Swiss teenager Arthur Brodard is one of those unaccounted for.

The relatives of teens lost after a devastating blaze at a bar in a Swiss ski resort are facing an agonising period of uncertainty for answers and appealing for any details about their children online.

The blaze ripped through the Le Constellation bar in the alpine resort, located in the mountains of the Valais region, in the middle of the night of New Year's Day. Confirmed video depict the roof structure being engulfed in flames as beverages with fireworks are raised in celebration.

Authorities have indicated that it could take an extended period to formally name the those who perished of the disaster, which resulted in the death of numerous partygoers and injured another 119. A spokesperson stated on Friday that the majority of the those hurt have been accounted for, with work ongoing to identify the remaining few.

In the meantime, families and friends have been posting on the internet to appeal for clues about their missing relatives who were in attendance that night.
